The right person for this job will maintain a clean, well-organized front of house operation by:

Managing and leading Restaurant Operations from the Front Door
ensuring every guest is getting stellar service
being able to work, or assist with, all front of house positions
booking reservations
creating an environment where employees are appreciated and supported
understanding their co-workers and helping them succeed
being patient and excelling in conflict resolution
Public Space Cleanliness and Strong Brand Representaiton
