We are dedicated to fostering a transparent and secure sports betting environment through cutting‐edge technologies and expert analysis. We're looking for two Business Operations Managers to optimize internal processes and ensure our business units run efficiently as they scale. This is a high‐impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of analytical strategy and hands‐on operational execution in a fast‐paced media environment.

You'll partner closely with leadership, content, product, marketing, sales, and finance to translate strategy into execution. You'll report directly to Danny Donahue and play a key role in pushing projects forward and improving communication between multiple teams. This role is for you if...

You have the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously, and you are comfortable working with data to find actionable insights. You're excited about the sports betting industry and familiar with its tools and products.

You're a "dotted line" leader who can collaborate across the organization to ensure everyone is aligned with company objectives. How You'll Make An Impact Here are some of the ways you'll contribute to our mission: Own and improve core business processes across content, product, and revenue operations. Translate company objectives into operational plans, timelines, and KPIs.

Lead regular meetings to outline objectives and ensure cross‐functional coordination. Support annual planning, goal‐setting, and quarterly business reviews. Manage contract workflows, approvals, and coordination with Legal and Finance departments.

Monitor and report performance of our brands directly to leadership. The Ideal Profile: Is This You? Here's What Helps People Succeed In This Role 4–7 years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, or a related field.

Industry experience in media, digital content, sports, or entertainment. Strong understanding of sports betting and familiarity with DFS (Daily Fantasy Sports). Proven analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to thrive in a remote environment while maintaining high levels of collaboration. You'll report to Danny, our Director of Performance Marketing , a leader focused on performance and clear communication.
