About the RoleEssity's Health and Medical Solutions North America business is currently looking for an experience Marketing Operations Manager for North America reporting to the Marketing Director, North America. This position can be located in an Essity facility in Charlotte NC, Philadelphia PA or Bowling Green KN.
As a leader in Marketing Operations, you will have a keen business understanding of marketing activation strategies within different channels of our Health & Medical Solutions business. Reporting to the Marketing Director, North America, you will drive initiatives in a matrixed-management environment where cross-functional collaboration is vital to our regional and global success.

What You Will DoLead a cross-functional team of professionals in Internal Commercial Training and External Clinical Education and Training; Trade Show and Event Planning; and Marketing Collateral and Samples Management to champion challenger marketing strategies across multiple healthcare channels and product categories including Incontinence, Advanced Wound Care, Orthopedics, Wound Care, and Vascular.
Leads the development and implementation of sales enablement strategies that leverage efficient utilization of marketing operation resources and secure alignment to overall goals and strategic direction Partners with Product Marketing, Channel Marketing, Commercial Excellence, and Sales to deliver:
Corporate Training programs to measurably elevate sales performance skills and knowledge
Clinical education and training initiatives to improve the clinical prowess of customers in product utilization
Clear competitive differentiation by effectively communicating our channel value propositions in alignment with our brand guidelines through collateral and samples management
Regional and national trade shows and events that are compelling and efficient, creating new sales opportunities
Ability to manage remote teams and successfully foster our core Beliefs and Behaviors into the everyday way of working.
Collaborates to continually develop the skill and talent of individual contributors across this multi-disciplinary team by setting clear KPIs and ROI expectations for all initiatives.
Act as an independent project manager as needed for special projects.
Bachelors Degree: Marketing, Business, International Business. MBA preferred, but not required.
Minimum of 5+ years in marketing, sales, or marketing operations with a focus on building global brands; operational excellence; and accelerating sales activation.
Experience managing and developing personnel a plus.
Experience with customer service and warehouse management a plus.
Microsoft Office Proficiency: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Dynamics (CRM), Adobe
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Excels at communication skills in order to build cross-functional relationships locally and globally.
Financial acumen and commercial mindset
Ability to travel about 5-10% to domestic locations
