Accounts Payable Duties:

• Daily Deposits
• Posting internals
• Warranty Credits
• Commissions
• Post and pay all payables
• Verify open purchase orders
• Keep monthly schedules clean & up to date
• Perform other accounts payable duties as directed by Office Manager

Accounts Payable Qualifications:

• Previous automotive dealership experience a plus, a/p, a/r experience required
• Highly organized, detail-oriented multi-tasker
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Internet.
• High School Diploma or GED required
