Position Title: HR Manager
Location: Newtown Square, PA
Assignment Type: Permanent
Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 / year
Work Schedule: 8:30-5:30pm, M-F
On-Site or Hybrid: Fully On-Site

An Addison Group client is looking for an HR Generalist/Manager!
• Support day-to-day HR operations across multiple business units within real estate, property management, and related service lines
• Administer employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
• Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records within HRIS systems (e.g., ADP)
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including background checks and new hire documentation
• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies
• Support recruiting efforts including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication
• Maintain personnel files, process employment changes, and assist with reporting needs
• Partner with leadership on employee relations matters and HR initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 2-4+ years of HR Generalist or HR support experience, ideally within real estate, property management, or multi-site environments
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now, e-Time is strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law fundamentals
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality
