Job description

LaSalle Network is partnering with a leader in the food and beverage space and we are hiring for a high-impact HR Manager to lead onsite HR operations at a manufacturing site in Eddystone, PA. This 24/7 facility is entering a new chapter under plant leadership, and they need a hands-on HR Manager who can stabilize operations, reduce turnover and build trust across all shifts.
This HR Manager will rebuild structure, drive engagement and serve as the face of HR onsite. If you thrive in transformation environments and know how to lead from the floor, we want to talk.
HR Manager Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the sole onsite HR Manager supporting employees across 3 shifts
  • Lead employee relations, investigations, corrective actions and terminations
  • Drive full-cycle recruitment and workforce planning
  • Partner with plant leadership on operational initiatives
  • Address turnover trends and implement retention strategies
  • Facilitate performance management, PIPs and succession planning
  • Support change management and plant transformation efforts

HR Manager Requirements:
  • 5+ years of HR experience in manufacturing or plant environments
  • Proven success as a site-level or plant HR Manager
  • Strong employee relations and performance management expertise
  • Ability to navigate strong personalities and fast-paced production settings
  • Comfortable working independently as the sole HR leader
