Facilitate all necessary tasks (onsite and remote) for a successful technology integration into the HUB environment. Coordinate specific project items and all operations related to hardware and software support, hardware deployment, testing, scheduling... Function as liaison between the client and 3PT vendors. Manage and delegate tasks to 3PT vendors and technicians. Some key traits needed - Inventory management Organization and time management Troubleshooting Demonstrates leadership and management experience Strong Interpersonal skills considered an asset, the position can be pretty public and high visibility. Any experience leading refresh operations or being involved with refresh projects considered an asset.
