Regional Product Manager – Latin America
Chicago Suburbs – 100% remote
Position Summary:
The Regional Product Manager – Latin America, will oversee and direct all Product Management activities for the channel partners and end users across our company's Residential and Commercial product line portfolio for the Latin America market.
Responsibilities & Requirements: Principal Accountabilities:
  • Collect and maintain information and corresponding analytics about Channel Partners within region.
  • Own regional Market Analysis: Voice Of Customer (VOC) data collection, ethnography, competitive analysis, industry trends and market sizing.
  • Identify potential growth strategies aligned with CG vision to drive increased revenue and profitability within target markets.
  • Implement, monitor success of marketing campaigns in the region and support sales teams with other marketing support tools.
  • Define capability gaps for portfolio within region, and drive plans to close those gaps
  • Build a prioritized and rationalized portfolio of investments to align with CG overarching vision.
  • Propose actionable initiatives associated with Key Results that will drive the Objectives for the region.
  • Lead, own, track and execute all investments associated with the OKRs.
  • Partner with Sales, Channel Marketing, Global Product Management, Manufacturing and Engineering, ensuring deliverables completion and removing barriers to execute and achieve targets.
  • Forecast, refine and monitor regional financials.
Portfolio Management Responsibilities:
  • Identify portfolio gaps, this includes:
  • Identifying potential growth strategy for the region; propose targets for year-over-year increases in total revenue, gross profit, and market penetration for connectivity, and driving scale on video adoption
  • Maintaining a forward-looking growth initiative plan that links together the near- and long-term company objectives.
  • Aligning synergies among emerging markets with similar customer needs to drive scale.
  • Driving the paradigm shift necessary to scale our Product/Services objectives by training the Sales teams and channel partners.
  • Providing value based pricing strategy for all products in portfolio, in cooperation w/Sales specific to the region.
  • Tracking the overall volume, revenue, profitability and market penetration of the product/services portfolio; refine/update the product/service plan as and when required
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of Product Management or Product Marketing experience, preferable on Hardware or Software products
  • At least some experience with Business Development or breaking into new markets, ideally in a Business Development or Account Manager role
  • Experience with IoT/Smart Home products or services
  • Experience working with clients in Latin American market
  • Bilingual – English & Spanish speaker
  • Strong influencing/coaching skills with demonstrated ability to create, inspire, and lead virtual teams that deliver results
    • Uses data to tell a story/vision of the future trends of the market, rather than using data to evaluate past trends
  • Ability to travel 1-2 times per quarter
Nice to have:
  • Experience with GTM Strategy and/or Digital Strategy, ideally in Latin American markets
