Job Description

The Role:
This is a delivery and coordination role, not a network engineering or software development position. The successful candidate will coordinate technical teams and client activities rather than design networks, write code, or directly configure IoT platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation Project Manager - IoT and Connectivity

We are seeking a mid-level Project Manager to coordinate enterprise IoT, mobile connectivity, and device deployment projects. This role will manage timelines, client communication, project documentation, risks, and coordination across internal technical teams.

This is a project delivery role, not a network engineering or software development position. You will work with engineering and carrier partners but will not be expected to design networks, write code, or configure cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project plans, milestones, deliverables, and action items
  • Coordinate activities among clients, engineering, product, carriers, and support teams
  • Lead project meetings and provide clear status updates
  • Track risks, issues, dependencies, and changes
  • Support device, SIM, and connectivity deployment activities
  • Maintain project documentation and implementation records
  • Escalate blockers and ensure timely resolution
  • Assist with post-deployment reviews and customer follow-up
      Qualifications

      Required:

      • 3+ years managing customer-facing implementation projects
      • Strong organization and follow-through
      • Experience coordinating technical teams
      • Clear written and verbal communication
      • Ability to manage timelines, risks, and client updates

      Preferred, but not required:

      • Telecom, IoT, or mobility experience
      • Familiarity with SIMs, cellular connectivity, or device provisioning
