This role combines product ownership with market advocacy—driving roadmap execution, adoption, and ecosystem partnerships that bring innovative messaging products to life. You will serve as the bridge between global product teams and regional market dynamics, ensuring customer and carrier insights translate into impactful product evolution and growth. Key Responsibilities RCS Product Management: Own the end-to-end RCS product lifecycle within a CPaaS platform—from discovery and roadmap definition to launch and optimisation. Translate regional customer, operator, and market insights into scalable product requirements aligned with global strategy. Define pricing, packaging, and monetization models tailored to regional market dynamics. Track and improve performance metrics such as adoption, delivery success, engagement, and ROI. Ensure compliance and interoperability with GSMA standards and local carrier specifications. Act as the regional voice of product, representing local customer needs and ecosystem opportunities. Evangelize RCS and CPaaS messaging capabilities across enterprises, partners, and carriers through workshops and customer engagements. Collaborate with sales and marketing to shape regional go-to-market strategies and narratives. Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with global product managers to ensure regional priorities are reflected in platform development. Work with carrier partners, OEMs, and aggregators to strengthen collaboration and resolve operational challenges. Collaborate with marketing, solution engineering, and sales enablement teams to increase product understanding and adoption. Qualifications 4–6 years of experience in product management for messaging or communications platforms, ideally in CPaaS, telecom, or mobile ecosystems. Strong understanding of RCS, SMS, MMS, and conversational messaging standards. Proven success in managing and scaling API-based or platform products. Demonstrated success in launching or expanding products in diverse regional markets. Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and convert insights into action. Ability to influence across a matrixed global organisation and work effectively without direct authority.
