As an MBA Product Manager III, you will be pivotal in shaping innovative travel products, aligning with strategic business objectives, and satisfying customer needs. In this role you will:

  • Lead the development of a strategic product vision that addresses both short-term and long-term business and customer opportunities. Drive the creation of a strategic roadmap, being able to clearly articulate your vision through storytelling.

  • Collaborate and influence Expedia Group's key stakeholders to anticipate and plan for product strategy dependencies. Make informed business impact projections that balance immediate and future business goals. Innovate within the product portfolio to influence business strategy and market trends.

  • Conduct comprehensive market research and clearly articulate the product's value proposition. Develop hypotheses linking product performance to industry trends.

  • Establish and review product success metrics regularly. Design and analyze product experiments, deriving insights for informed decision-making. Create and maintain product metric dashboards for cross-functional use.

  • Prioritize features and initiatives based on business strategy and market dynamics, owning product requirements and guiding the product development lifecycle.

  • Demonstrate familiarity with AI-driven systems, tools, or workflows and applying AI/ML concepts to real world products, and safely integrate and operate AI/MLenabled solutions that improve outcomes within your product area.

Minimum Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program with a 2026 graduation date

  • 3-6 years of product experience or equivalent applicable experience

  • Familiarity with AI-driven systems, tools, or workflows and applying AI/ML concepts to real world products, including safely integrating and operating AI/MLenabled solutions that improve outcomes at the feature or product level.

  • Analytical skills with the ability to drive data-informed decisions

  • Ability to communicate your product vision clearly to drive alignment across partners

Preferred Experience

  • Demonstrated experience taking products from concept to scaled adoption, including defining MVP, validating with users, and iterating to achieve strong product-market fit.

  • Experience operating digital products at scale, using experimentation, A/B testing, and data analysis to optimize customer experience and business performance.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity, influence without direct authority, and drive alignment on product vision, priorities, and trade-offs.

  • Experience working with platforms, services, or APIs, and partnering with engineering to design robust, scalable solutions that meet security, privacy, and reliability expectations.

  • Deeper experience with AI/ML in product contexts, such as personalization, recommendations, or decision-support tooling, including defining use cases, partnering with data science or ML teams, and ensuring responsible and safe use of AI/MLenabled solutions.

Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location and degree level.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
