Next to it is Fitzgerald's a cocktail-centric bar and restaurant that serves classic and inventive cocktails, Japanese whiskies, and some of the globe's finest wines. WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN A FRONT WAITER / SERVER

• Previous experience as a Front Waiter / Server
• Friendly, hardworking, and hospitality-driven with a desire to excel and maintain the highest level of service
• Problem solvers that can handle customer matters with courtesy, dignity, and respect
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Fine Dining experience preferred but we are happy to train

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A FRONT WAITER / SERVER

• Provide superior customer service to our guests - greeting, anticipating guest needs, clearing and pre-bussing and problem-solving
• Coordinate and uphold standards of entire section and communicate with dining room and kitchen team
• Assist in food and beverage selection, presenting menu and answering guest questions regarding food, drink, and wine
• Transmit orders to bar and kitchen identifying special requests and any dietary restrictions
• Maintain table settings by removing courses, replenishing beverages, utensils, and ensuring guests' requests or issues are handling promptly and courteously.
• Process guest orders correctly and use POS system, ringing in orders, processing payment, etc.
