Working alongside world-class talent at Judge & Jury will give you exposure to multiple areas of the music industry and the opportunity to build skills and experience that can meaningfully advance your career.

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive self-starter to join our fast-paced team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the label across distribution, royalties, accounting, and administrative functions. Compensation is entry-level to start, with substantial potential for advancement for someone who consistently demonstrates initiative, proves their reliability, and delivers meaningful value to our artists and team.

We’re looking for someone who recognizes the long-term value of this opportunity and is prepared to work hard while learning the inner workings of the music industry. Above all, the most important requirement for this role is the ability to understand clear objectives and consistently deliver high-quality work on time. Reliability, diligence, accountability, and follow-through are essential. While strong interpersonal skills are valued, we are more interested in a proven ability to execute than in personality alone.

Applicants should be prepared to provide specific examples demonstrating their work ethic, consistency, and ability to meet commitments. If you are unable to consistently meet expectations and deadlines, please do not apply.

Success in this position also requires dedication, flexibility, persistence, integrity, and an honest, self-critical approach to your work. Candidates should be receptive to feedback, willing to evaluate their performance objectively, and committed to continuous improvement.

  • Help keep Judge & Jury and artist pages across DSPs, websites, and multi-links up to date with the latest releases, initiatives, and achievements
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accurate metadata is displayed across Judge & Jury and artist DSP profiles at all times

Qualifications

  • Highly organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines
  • Able to manage multiple projects at once while effectively prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent grammar and professionalism
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to step back and understand the bigger picture and how different systems and responsibilities connect
  • Resourceful and able to think creatively when solving problems
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving, evolving environments where flexibility and adaptability are essential
  • Able to navigate ambiguity and work toward solutions even when the path forward is not immediately clear
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • A passion for music and a genuine interest in helping artists achieve their goals

What We Offer

  • Exposure to high-level professionals and “big-players” across the music industry
  • Experience across a broad range of areas within the business.
  • A meaningful role in the operations and logistics of the company, with the opportunity to make a real impact as part of the team, and opportunity to grow within the company
  • Remote work with the flexibility to set your own schedule and complete assignments outside of traditional business hours
  • A really cool career at a record label
