Job description

A well-established entertainment firm seeks a Royalty Label Manager to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and workflow of the Royalty Department
Assign tasks and maintain workflow of the Royalty Department
Review and approve staff work product
Read and interpret complex royalty agreements
Oversee the issuance of royalty statements
Oversee tracking and prepare reports for client meetings
Liaise with Account Managers and Partners within the Firm to accomplish shared goals in a professional and diplomatic manner
Liaise with external companies and clients
Meet hard reporting deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude under pressure
Supervise and manage staff, be on-site to answer questions, train, and review performance
Provide support and direction of staff
