Job Title: Program Manager – PeopleSoft HCM Integrator

Location: New York, NY

Job Type: Contract

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager / PeopleSoft HCM Integrator to lead functional and technical initiatives involving PeopleSoft HCM implementations, enhancements, and business process improvements. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in PeopleSoft HCM modules, strong analytical and documentation skills, and experience coordinating enterprise-wide projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead analysis, planning, and requirements gathering for new PeopleSoft HCM functionality.
  • Develop functional architectures and process models aligned with business requirements.
  • Map business processes to PeopleSoft HCM modules and recommend process improvements.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, design sessions, and requirements meetings.
  • Coordinate deliverables across business, IT, and project teams.
  • Design and develop HCM reports and PeopleSoft queries.
  • Write complex SQL scripts (DML/DQL) to support reporting and analysis.
  • Participate in end-to-end testing, integration testing, and deployment activities.
  • Identify project risks, cross-team dependencies, and coordinate issue resolution.
  • Prepare SOPs, project documentation, and functional specifications.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of PeopleSoft HCM functional experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of PeopleSoft HCM technical experience.
  • Expertise with PeopleSoft HCM modules including:
    • Human Resources
    • Compensation
    • Position Management
    • Talent Acquisition / Candidate Gateway
    • ESS/MSS
    • Performance Management
    • Learning & Development
    • Benefits Administration
  • Strong experience with PeopleSoft HCM v9.2 or higher.
  • 10+ years of experience building PeopleSoft queries and writing complex SQL scripts.
  • Excellent business writing, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Full lifecycle PeopleSoft implementation experience.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft Test Framework.
  • Experience with government or public sector projects.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Project, and advanced Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience supporting enterprise HR transformation initiatives.
