Job Title: ORACLE HCM CONSULTANT
Location: Vienna, VA
Duration: 12+ Months
Visa: USC, GC, H1B and EAD
Contract Type: W2

We are seeking a highly experienced technical functional lead for the implementation of the Incentive Compensation module. This position will join our HR Technology team and work with the implementation team to ensure HCM needs are represented and shared data points are
understood. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Incentive Compensation Oracle module as well as Workforce Compensation and Payroll Human Capital Management (HCM) modules and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the implementation and optimization of the Incentive Compensation Oracle module
  • within our HR Technology framework.
  • Ensure seamless integration and alignment of HCM elements, including payroll, benefits,
  • and employee data management.
  • Share out project updates relevant to the HCM team and HR Department.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies to validate system functionality
  • and data integrity on the HCM integration side.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide expert-level recommendations for system enhancements.
  • Maintain documentation and training materials to support user adoption and compliance.
  • Lead the refinement of the Oracle Fusion RACI matrix to reflect post-go-live operational
  • needs.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to validate role assignments and ensure accountability
  • across teams.
  • Identify and address any gaps or ambiguities in existing role definitions within the HR
  • Technology landscape.
  • Proven track record in HR Technology project leadership within an Oracle HCM
  • environment.
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and drive consensus on ownership
  • structures.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills.
