Job Description

Serves as a subject matter expert for Workforce Planning, partnering with senior leaders across Operations, Finance, HR, and Technology to define and drive workforce planning initiatives. This role establishes enterprise workforce planning frameworks, leads complex scenario modeling, and shapes workforce decision-making across field and corporate populations. 

Acts as a strategic advisor to leadership on workforce strategy, workforce optimization, and workforce transformation, while influencing the integration of workforce planning capabilities into enterprise processes and technology platforms, including Workday and UKG. 

In this role you will:

  • Supports workforce planning strategy and frameworks, establishing standards for labor forecasting, workforce demand and supply planning, and scenario modeling across all major business functions. 
  • Participated in sessions with senior business and functional leaders to shape workforce strategy, translating long-term business objectives into integrated workforce plans, investment decisions, and operating models. 
  • Leads highly complex workforce scenario modeling efforts, anticipating business, operational, and labor market changes and developing forward-looking solutions related to growth, workforce optimization, organizational design, and workforce risk. 
  • Synthesizes enterprise-wide workforce insights, integrating data across turnover, hiring, productivity, scheduling, and capacity to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that influence executive decision-making. 
  • Drives the advancement of workforce planning capabilities and technology enablement, influencing the design and adoption of Workday, UKG, and analytics solutions to support scalable, enterprise workforce planning. 
  • Supports the ideation and creation of executive-level narratives and recommendations, influencing senior leadership decisions on workforce strategy, labor investments, and organizational priorities. 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum ten years of experience in workforce planning, workforce analytics, operations strategy, finance analytics or related field
  • Enterprise Workforce Planning Strategy and Framework Development 
  • Advanced Scenario Modeling and Forecasting Techniques 
  • Workforce Optimization and Labor Economics 
  • Organizational Design and Transformation 
  • Workday, UKG, or enterprise workforce technology ecosystems 
  • Executive storytelling and influencing at senior levels 
  • Experience operating in complex, large-scale, field-based environments 
  • Advanced analytics and modeling (Excel, SQL, etc.) 
  • Data visualization (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) 
  • This position requires candidates to be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
