Job Description

We are looking for a Management Analyst to support Medicaid operations through process analysis, case management support, and daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance. This position will be a full-time contract and onsite role in Newark, Delaware.

What You’ll Do

  • Learn and follow federal and state laws regulations and policies related to Medicaid and public assistance programs

  • Follow all organizational and state security requirements

  • Access computer systems to obtain verifications and case information

  • Retrieve Medicaid renewals and distribute work assignments to team members

  • Transfer cases to appropriate teams as needed

  • Communicate with clients and route calls appropriately

  • Collect and manage client documentation securely in digital formats

  • Index and organize verification documents within systems

  • Track monthly metrics and present updates to leadership

  • Document case management activities using eligibility systems

  • Attend team meetings and one on ones to stay informed on process updates

  • Perform additional case management and operational support duties as needed

What You’ll Need

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • One year of data entry experience

  • One year of customer service experience

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to analyze financial calculations

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Fluent in English

  • Ability to work independently and in a team oriented environment

  • Reliable transportation and ability to report onsite consistently

  • Ability to work a Saturday when needed
