Position Summary:

Primary oversees the process of organizing, coordinating, and responding to pre-qualification and post-purchase requests from sellers. Additionally manages the development and creation of policies, procedures, and process flows. Must establish and maintain excellent rapport with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

  • Works directly with business leadership, Compliance and General Counsel in the U.S. and Canada to manage the process for reviewing policies, procedures, training and process flows to include gathering the required information, identifying deliverables, drafting documents, revising documents as needed, obtaining appropriate approvals, publishing documents and maintaining historical files.

  • Ensures the timely completion of the annual policy acknowledgment, annual Compliance training and related company training by working with Human Resources, Compliance, OGC and Senior Management.

Professional Experience/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.

  • Master's in business writing preferred.

  • 6+ years of experience managing the creation, development and workflow management of policies, procedures, and/or related information.

  • At least 6 years of related and pertinent work experience.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint.

  • Must have effective organizational, communication, time-management and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail.

  • Must be able to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

  • Must have superior written, verbal and oral communication skills.

Salary Range:

$73,900.00 - $110,900.00

This posted salary range is a good faith and reasonable estimate, and PRA Group reserves the right to adjust this range depending on the qualifications and location of the selected candidate. In addition to base salary, PRA may offer additional benefits to include performance based bonus programs and/or equity programs depending on the position.
