Description
Tharros is hiring a Workflow Management Specialist to join our team supporting the Air Force. In this role you will provide workflow task quality, capacity management workflow and support services for publication management. An attention to detail is a crucial skill for this role supporting the production of high-quality output and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
This dynamic position manages all correspondence for quality; ensuring content standards are adhered to and setting appropriate suspense dates for inquiries received from outside agencies. As a key contributor, we are seeking a specialist with a quest for continuous improvement and a supportive approach that empowers our team. Position supports full time onsite. Potential for hybrid schedule after probationary period is fulfilled (minimum of 3 days onsite per week).
  • Receive, control, prioritize and manage all tasks which are internal and external to the Air Force. Tasks may be submitted via NIPRNET or SIPRNET
  • Prepare a wide variety of recurring and nonrecurring executive correspondence, reports, and other documents from information obtained from staff, files, and other sources.
  • Compose technical and non-technical correspondence, such as office procedures, request for information concerning the organization's programs, letters of acknowledgement, commendations, or notification. Prepare standard form or unique letters for responding to inquiries and requests for information.
  • Prepare material/documents for the supervisor to use in responding to inquiries, recognizing which information is, or is not, relevant to the issue at hand.
  • Reviews the tasks; assigns them to appropriate directorates; establishes internal (SG) suspense dates for the tasks; and provides guidance on the level of final coordination.
  • Review all completed products for format, quality task deliverable construction, completeness, and utilize critical thinking to ensure tasked requirements are accomplished for general officer-level review.
  • Screen tasks for clarity and completeness, and communicate with external tasking agencies about tasks, task suspense, extensions, and workflow as needed.
  • Return tasks within one (1) workday to tasking agency if incorrectly assigned.
  • Serve as a point of contact (POC) for requests on the status of specific tasks in execution.

Requirements
  • Current Secret clearance required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in task management or similar career field
  • Experience with Task Management Tool (TMT) or Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred.
  • Must be able to support hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days onsite per week after probationary period is fulfilled.
  • Must possess the necessary skills in workflow task quality and capacity management and the appropriate computer and associated software skills to perform duties.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include Teams or similar workplace chat and videoconferencing tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
