Job Description
This position is responsible for assisting with the design and deployment of customized Quanum Enterprise Content Management (ECM) business process automation solutions, achieving our customer's unique process improvement objectives. This includes working through the full development life cycle including analysis, specification, design, development, testing, implementation and support. The Workflow Consultant must be able to learn technologies and business issues / resolutions quickly, make business recommendations that fit customer needs, and work to deliver and support the business process automation solution in a timely, professional manner. The Workflow Consultant participates in cross-functional teams, supporting several concurrent projects and provides second-tier support to the Quanum ECM support area.

Pay Range:$80,000 - $90,000 / year
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Responsibilities
  • Perform current state and future state operational analysis, which is used to assist in building the customer's business processes, consistent with Quanum Enterprise Content Management (EDM) System functionality.
  • Design, develop, and deploy Quanum ECM business automation solutions to customers which include, but are not limited to the following:
    Workflow maps using the Quanum ECS workflow toolkit
    intelligent eForms using OpenText Liquid Office Form Designer
    Business Process Management workflows using OpenText Liquid Office Suite
    Intelligent Data Capture Scanning batch classes
    UNIX shell and Perl scripts
  • Prepare supporting documentation on the Quanum ECS workflow features and functionality, Intelligent eForms, and the BPM solution
  • Participate in internal process improvement and design initiatives

Qualifications
Education Preferred: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
Work Experience:
• 2+ years' experience as a developer or QA engineer in the software industry
• Healthcare experience or vendor experience focused on enterprise healthcare applications
