Position Overview

The Workflow Automation Engineer will design and implement solutions that connect digital inputs, production systems, and business software to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy.

This role works cross-functionally with operations, design, and IT to reduce manual processes and improve system integration.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement automated workflows between internal systems
  • Integrate digital files and production processes with ERP/MRP platforms
  • Develop tools and scripts to reduce manual data entry and improve accuracy
  • Build and maintain system integrations using APIs or middleware
  • Collaborate with teams to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize workflow performance

Requirements:Required Qualifications
  • Experience in workflow automation, systems integration, or similar roles
  • Familiarity with ERP or MRP systems
  • Experience with scripting or programming (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
  • Understanding of data flow between systems and databases (SQL preferred)
