Delavan Holdings is building a modern Office of the CTO focused on operational modernization, workflow automation, enterprise systems improvement, and practical AI adoption across a diversified portfolio of businesses including automotive retail, hospitality, logistics, industrial services, and professional services.


We are seeking a Technical Solutions Analyst to work directly with operational teams to identify inefficiencies, improve workflows, reduce manual work, and help implement scalable AI-assisted solutions across the organization.


This is a highly collaborative and hands-on role where AI tools such as Claude, Claude Cowork, ChatGPT, and workflow automation platforms are used daily to support operational analysis, process improvement, reporting, documentation, automation, and business execution.


The ideal candidate enjoys solving operational problems, improving workflows, learning new technologies, and helping teams work more efficiently through practical automation and AI-driven solutions.


 Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner with operational teams to identify workflow inefficiencies, repetitive tasks, reporting gaps, and operational bottlenecks. 
  • Use AI tools such as Claude, Claude Cowork, ChatGPT, and related platforms to support workflow analysis, operational documentation, process improvement, reporting, and automation initiatives. 
  • Build and maintain reusable prompts, workflow templates, AI-assisted documentation, and operational process assets. 
  • Help implement workflow automation and AI-assisted solutions across multiple departments and business entities. 
  • Assist with process mapping, operational assessments, workflow documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. 
  • Support reporting, data organization, operational analysis, and administrative automation efforts. 
  • Help create repeatable workflows and scalable operational processes that improve consistency and efficiency. 
  • Conduct hands-on support and training sessions for teams adopting AI-assisted workflows and operational tools. 
  • Collaborate closely with the AI Technical Product Manager and AI Systems Architect on enterprise initiatives and implementation efforts. 
  • Track the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend ongoing improvements. 
  • Operate with a high level of ownership, adaptability, and independent judgment while balancing multiple priorities.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, workflow improvement, process improvement, technology support, or related cross-functional roles. 
  • Demonstrated professional use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar technologies to improve work quality, efficiency, or execution. 
  • Strong organizational, communication, and operational problem-solving skills. 
  • Experience supporting workflow improvements, documentation, reporting processes, or operational systems. 
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and shifting priorities across different teams. 
  • Comfort learning new technologies and adapting within a fast-moving environment. 
  • Strong collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with workflow automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, Power Automate, UiPath, or n8n. 
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows, automation concepts, or operational technology solutions. 
  • Exposure to reporting or analytics platforms such as Power BI or Looker Studio. 
  • Basic technical or scripting exposure in Python, JavaScript, SQL, or related technologies. 
  • Experience working within multi-entity or operationally complex organizations. 
  • Background in automotive retail, hospitality, logistics, or related industries. 
  • Familiarity with Git, documentation repositories, or workflow asset organization..
