Job Description Sr. Workflow Automation Lead Location: Menlo Park, CA (Onsite- Local to CA or willing to relocate on own expenses)
Duration: 12-24 Months

The Mission:
We are looking for a visionary Automation Workflow Lead to architect next-generation process orchestration. In this role, you will bridge the gap between AI, intelligent automation, and customer experience. You will lead large-scale transformation initiatives-designing secure, enterprise-grade ecosystems that eliminate manual bottlenecks, optimize operational efficiency, and elevate business processes across sales, marketing, support, and core operations.
Experience & Qualifications:
10+ years dedicated to workflow automation, system integration, or business process engineering.
3+ years of direct, hands-on technical experience with n8n and Zapier.
Proven track record building and scaling automations within enterprise environments.
Proficiency with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Strong programming/scripting capabilities in JavaScript, Python, or Node.js.
Solid grasp of database systems, SQL, and complex data transformation techniques.
Experience navigating CI/CD pipelines, automation deployment, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Elite analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Mandatory Technical Expertise:
Workflow Automation Platforms: Expert-level, hands-on mastery of n8n, Zapier, and Make (Make.com) (or equivalent orchestration tools).
API & Data Engineering: Deep expertise in REST APIs, Webhooks, OAuth 2.0, API authentication/integration patterns, Third-party SaaS integrations, and JSON/XML data handling.
Education:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
