Prime Video is transforming how content creators distribute their work to global audiences. We are seeking an innovative Sr. Program Manager with expertise in AI integration, workflow automation, and prompt engineering to work across Prime Video, Prime Video Direct, and Trust & Safety Content Policy teams.

This role will focus on defining and driving large-scale AI-driven initiatives within Prime Video's Content Acquisition & Prime Video Direct teams, with a strong focus on workflow automation, SOP generation, content quality, and acquisition.
As a Sr. Program Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies that leverage AI technologies, agents, workflow automation tools, and advanced prompt engineering techniques. Your role will involve both building tools that help accelerate and automate internal processes as well as external processes and workflos that safeguard our service, protecting users and content creators


The ideal candidate must excel in strategic AI implementation while addressing the unique challenges of a large - and have demonstrate success in delivering results in automation. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, prompt engineering, and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic content distribution environment.
Responsibilities
AI and Automation Driven Enhancements for Prime Video & Prime Video Direct: Develop and implement AI-powered strategies to enhance content acquisition, moderation, rights management, and policy enforcement for self-submitted content.
AI Integration in Content Review Process: Leverage AI and machine learning to streamline and improve the efficiency of content review processes for Prime Video & Prime Video Direct submissions.
Prompt Engineering for Content Analysis: Design and optimize AI prompts specifically for analyzing and categorizing self-submitted content, ensuring compliance with platform policies and industry standards.
AI-Enhanced Metadata Validation: Implement AI solutions to verify and enhance metadata provided by content creators, improving discoverability and compliance.
Automated Copyright Protection: Develop AI-driven systems to detect and prevent copyright infringement in self-submitted content.
AI-Powered Risk Assessment: Create and refine AI models to assess potential risks associated with new content submissions, prioritizing human review where necessary.
Cross-Functional AI Implementation: Collaborate with product, engineering, and legal teams to integrate AI solutions into Prime Video Direct's existing infrastructure and workflows.
AI Compliance for Global Marketplaces: Ensure AI systems are adaptable to various regional content regulations and cultural sensitivities across Prime Video Direct's global marketplaces.
Continuous AI Learning and Adaptation: Implement systems for continuous learning and improvement of AI models based on new content trends and emerging Trust & Safety challenges in the self-publishing space.
AI Performance Metrics and Reporting: Develop comprehensive metrics to measure the effectiveness of AI integrations in Trust & Safety processes, and report findings to senior leadership.
