Role : Unix Automation Engineer

Location : San Jose, CA (Onsite)

Interview : Onsite at client office

 

JD :

  • 12+ years of extensive hands-on experience in Unix/Linux administration and enterprise infrastructure management.
  • Strong expertise in automation using Puppet, Chef, Ansible, Terraform
  • Strong experience with installation, configuration, administration, and support of enterprise infrastructure and operational tools.
  • Deep understanding of system security hardening, vulnerability remediation, patch management, and access control best practices.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues across multiple infrastructure layers.
  • Solid knowledge of core networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, subnetting, routing, and firewall fundamentals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document designs, procedures, and technical recommendations clearly.
