Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead RPA Developer with 10+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-scale Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with leading RPA platforms, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering automation solutions that improve business efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable RPA solutions using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
  • Lead end-to-end RPA implementation projects from requirements gathering to production deployment.
  • Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and recommend optimal RPA solutions.
  • Develop reusable automation components, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Mentor and guide junior RPA developers and conduct code reviews.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, business analysts, QA teams, and infrastructure teams.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and optimize bot performance.
  • Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and cloud services.
  • Ensure adherence to security, governance, compliance, and coding standards.
  • Support CI/CD implementation and automation deployment strategies.
  • Prepare technical documentation, solution design documents, and operational guides.
Required Skills
  • 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on RPA development.
  • Strong experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
  • Proficiency in C#, VB.NET, Python, PowerShell, or Java.
  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and Web Services.
  • Strong SQL and database knowledge (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
  • Experience integrating RPA with ERP and enterprise applications such as SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, or Oracle.
  • Knowledge of OCR technologies (ABBYY, Document Understanding, AI Center, Computer Vision).
  • Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and version control.
  • Strong understanding of exception handling, logging, monitoring, and bot scheduling.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • UiPath Advanced Developer Certification or Solution Architect Certification.
  • Automation Anywhere Advanced Professional Certification.
  • Blue Prism Professional Developer Certification.
  • Experience with AI/ML, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Generative AI, or AI-powered automation.
  • Cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
