Title:Senior RPA Developer - Automation Anywhere
Location: Dallas, TX(Onsite)
Role Overview
Design & Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots and automation workflows using Automation Anywhere A360; ensure bots are scalable, reliable, and production-ready
Architecture & Solutioning: Lead end-to-end design of RPA solutions, including workflow documentation, component allocation, and bot architecture aligned with enterprise standards
Process Assessment: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to assess existing processes, identify automation opportunities, and estimate effort and complexity
Integration: Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, databases, APIs), ensuring seamless data flow across systems
Bot Maintenance & Monitoring: Oversee production bot performance, conduct root cause analysis on failures, and implement continuous improvement cycles
Code Reviews & Best Practices: Lead code reviews, establish RPA development standards, and contribute to reusable component libraries
Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and mentor junior RPA developers; act as a technical lead for the automation team
Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of automation workflows, design decisions, and operational runbooks
Governance & Compliance: Ensure automation solutions adhere to security, data governance, and regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., FINRA, SOX, HIPAA where applicable)
Required Qualifications
Experience: 8-10 years of overall development experience with 5+ years of hands-on RPA development, including end-to-end design and implementation
Automation Anywhere Expertise: Proficiency in Automation Anywhere A360, including Bot Creator, Control Room, IQ Bot, and AARI
Programming Skills: Strong foundation in Python, Java, or JavaScript; experience with REST APIs and web services integration
Process Automation Tools: Familiarity with complementary tools such as Power Automate, UiPath, or Blue Prism is a plus
Cloud Platforms: Experience deploying RPA solutions on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform; knowledge of Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD pipelines
Database Skills: Proficiency in SQL; experience querying and manipulating data across relational databases
Preferred / Nice to Have
Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional (AARPA) certification
