As a Digital & Process Automation Analyst, you will help modernize and simplify the People & Culture employee experience through workflow automation, process optimization, and digital innovation. You will play a key role in transforming manual and fragmented processes into scalable, efficient, and employee-centered solutions that improve service delivery, increase operational capacity, and accelerate business outcomes across Campbell's. This role will identify and make end-to-end improvements across people, process, data and tech. Your work will directly contribute to building a more connected, data-informed, and digitally enabled People & Culture organization.


WHAT YOU WILL DO...

Identify, analyze, and support automation opportunities across People & Culture processes and services.

Partner with stakeholders to document business requirements, map workflows, and recommend scalable process improvements.

Supports configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing optimization of workflow automation solutions and digital tools.

Assist in managing automation backlogs, enhancement requests, and delivery priorities across multiple initiatives.

Participate in agile delivery activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, and continuous improvement efforts.

Collaborate with technical and functional teams to support integrations and workflow solutions across platforms such as ServiceNow, Workday, and Microsoft 365.

Monitor operational metrics and process performance to identify trends, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities.

Support troubleshooting, issue resolution, and root cause analysis for workflow and automation-related challenges.

Develop and maintain process documentation, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures.

Help drive adoption of current and new digital capabilities through training, communication, and change management support.

Ensure solutions align with enterprise governance, compliance, security, and operational standards.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE... (MUST HAVE)

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Technology, or related field

5+ years of experience supporting digital operations, process improvement, workflow automation, HR technology, or related business functions

Experience gathering business requirements and translating needs into operational or technical solutions

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams

Experience configuring workflows, forms, automations, or digital solutions within low-code/no-code enterprise platforms such as Power Platform, ServiceNow, Workday, or similar technologies.

Experience with ServiceNow, Workday, Power Platform, or other workflow automation technologies

Experience supporting or participating in Agile delivery methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including Copilot, Power Apps, Power Automate, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and related collaboration technologies


IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE... (NICE TO HAVE)

Familiarity with HR service delivery, employee support operations, or enterprise workflow management

Experience with process mapping, operational reporting, or dashboard development

Knowledge of IT service management, HR systems, or digital employee experience platforms

Experience configuring workflows, forms, automations, or digital solutions within low-code/no-code enterprise platforms such as Power Platform, ServiceNow, Workday, or similar technologies.

Experience supporting change management, user adoption, or training initiatives

Foundational understanding of basic coding concepts, HTML, and/or scripting to support workflow configuration, troubleshooting, and collaboration with technical partners

Curiosity and passion for automation, AI, and improving employee experience

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$101,100-$151,700

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
