Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Workday Reporting Analyst to support high-volume Talent Acquisition (TA) reporting needs. This role will focus on delivering timely, accurate reporting to enable recruiting operations and leadership visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain Workday reports supporting TA operations and leadership metrics
  • Manage a high volume of incoming report requests and prioritize delivery
  • Develop and enhance calculated fields to produce key TA metrics
  • Provide reporting on candidate pipeline progression, recruiting process steps, staffing activity, and new hire tracking
  • Support business process data pulls and ensure data accuracy across TA workflows

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Workday Reporting, ideally within Talent Acquisition
  • Solid understanding of TA/recruiting operations, workflows, and terminology
  • Advanced knowledge of calculated fields for reporting and metrics generation
  • Strong communication skills and ability to partner closely with TA stakeholders
  • Discovery Boards experience is a plus (not required)
  • Prism Analytics not required
