Job Description InfoTech Resources is seeking a Lead IT Analyst - Workday AI Prism & Reporting to support a client in the commercial services industry. This is a six-month contract-to-hire opportunity with a hybrid work schedule requiring approximately three days per week onsite at either a northern Chicago suburb office location or a downtown Chicago (West Loop) office. This role will focus on enabling advanced reporting, analytics, and AI-driven insights within an existing Workday platform.

The successful candidate will partner closely with business leaders and technical teams to design scalable reporting solutions, leverage Workday Prism capabilities, and support the organization's adoption of emerging Workday AI functionality. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and delivery of Workday reporting, analytics, and AI-enabled insight solutions Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate reporting needs into scalable technical solutions Design and maintain Workday Prism data models, datasets, and reporting assets Support development of dashboards, operational reporting, and executive-level analytics Collaborate with integration teams to support data ingestion, transformation, and reporting processes Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency through automation and AI-driven capabilities Ensure data quality, governance, security, and reporting best practices are maintained Support testing, deployment, enhancement, and ongoing optimization activities Required Skills & Experience 6+ years of Workday reporting, analytics, or data solutions experience Strong expertise with Workday Prism Analytics and Workday reporting tools Experience designing complex reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and data models Understanding of Workday architecture, security framework, and data structures Experience supporting enterprise reporting and business intelligence initiatives Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Preferred Skills & Experience Experience supporting Workday AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics initiatives Familiarity with data integration, ETL, and enterprise reporting architectures Workday certifications in Prism Analytics, Reporting, or related disciplines Experience supporting large-scale Workday transformation or optimization programs
