Position Summary
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you'll play an essential role in delivering compassionate, high-quality nursing care under the direction of Registered Nurses and physicians. You'll work alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
What You'll Do
  • Deliver direct nursing care while ensuring resident comfort, dignity, and safety.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
  • Monitor and document resident conditions, vital signs, and changes in health status.
  • Collaborate with physicians, Registered Nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
  • Support residents with activities of daily living as appropriate.
  • Help create a positive, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents and coworkers.
Qualifications
Required
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
  • Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
Preferred
  • Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is helpful but not required.
