Wildomar Senior Leisure Community is a pillar in assisted living in Wildomar, CA. We approach every day with one goal: To improve the lives we touch through high-quality healthcare and extraordinary compassion.

The Wellness Director is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive wellness initiatives and strategies to ensure the wellbeing of staff and other stakeholders. This role requires a combination of knowledge in health promotion, health education, and health coaching, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The Wellness Director must also be able to lead, motivate, and inspire individuals and teams to reach their health and wellness goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate wellness programs.
  • A good understanding of health and well-being issues.
  • Knowledge of health promotion strategies.
