What is weekend staffing?

Weekend staffing refers to employees who are scheduled to work specifically during the weekends, typically Saturday and Sunday. This type of staffing is common in industries that require round-the-clock service, such as healthcare, hospitality, retail, and customer support. What are some of the unique challenges faced by Weekend Staffing professionals, and how can they prepare for them?
