Job description

Clement Family Dentistry is growing, and we’re looking for a Front Desk Team Member who can help create an excellent patient experience while keeping our hygiene schedule full and productive.

This role is a key part of our patient care and practice growth. You’ll be one of the first voices patients hear, helping them feel welcomed, informed, and cared for. You’ll also help manage our hygiene recall system by contacting patients who are due or overdue for cleanings and helping them get back on the schedule.
What You’ll Do:
  • Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude.
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and confirm upcoming visits.
  • Help manage the hygiene recall system by calling, texting, and following up with patients who are due for cleanings.
  • Keep the hygiene schedule full by filling openings and helping reduce cancellations.
  • Verify insurance, collect co-pays or balances, and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Communicate clearly with patients, hygienists, doctors, and the rest of the team.
  • Help support a busy dental office with organization, reliability, and a positive attitude.

  • Someone who enjoys talking with people and helping patients feel comfortable.
  • Strong phone skills and confidence making outbound calls.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow up consistently.
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced office.
  • A team player who is dependable, professional, and willing to learn.
  • Dental or medical office experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Experience with scheduling, recall, customer service, or administrative work is helpful.
