Bethany Medical, an established Independent Multi-Specialty Practice located in Greensboro, High Point, Winston Salem, Jamestown, Kernersville, North Wilkesboro, and Mt. Airy is seeking a Recall Coordinator to join our Team!
Job Description
  • Contact patients who have fallen out of care to return to Bethany Medical.
  • Discusses treatment history/plan with patients and answer questions and concerns.
  • Maintains an accurate log of call activity, including initial and follow-up calls, appointments scheduled, booked production, call outcomes, and reasons for non-engagement.
  • Works closely with the offices to ensure patients are scheduled according to office guidelines.
  • Notify office staff of special appointments made, including VIP patient appointments.
  • Process and distribute weekly recall error reports to Dept. Heads and guide inputting recall dates as needed.
  • Communicate regularly with management and staff.
  • Confirm and update all customer information and appointment notes in the system database.
  • Meet the minimum quota of outbound calls per day.
  • Creates an environment that promotes Bethany Medical.
