We are seeking a bilingual (English & Spanish) Dental Recall Coordinator to join our team! If you are passionate about helping people, have a friendly and compassionate personality, and love working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment, wed love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule patients for regular recare visits and follow-up appointments.
Communicate effectively with patients to ensure their needs are met.
Utilize your sales skills to encourage patients to prioritize their dental health.
Provide excellent customer service with empathy and professionalism.
Qualifications:
Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.(applicants who are not bilingual will not be considered).
