Key Objectives
  • Deliver prompt and professional live chat assistance to patients, visitors, and healthcare staff.
  • Resolve inquiries related to appointments, medical services, billing, and general hospital information.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
