As a Live Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing real-time support to our clients and their customers through our live chat platform. You will be the first point of contact for any customer inquiries or concerns, and will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner through our live chat platform
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating to the appropriate team member if necessary
