As a key member of the Corporate Communications team, the Vice President will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of internal communications for Cantor Fitzgerald and BGC Group.

  • Bachelor's Degree required (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred).
  • 5-10 years of experience in corporate communications, with a focus on internal communications, ideally within financial services or capital markets.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to distill complex topics clearly and quickly.
  • Demonstrated expertise in internal digital platforms.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and work with stakeholders at all levels across an organization, including senior leadership.
  • Entrepreneurial with robust project management to multi-task and be flexible in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Salary range: $130,000 - $160,000 + annual discretionary bonus

  • Lead the firm's internal communications strategy to ensure timely, clear, and consistent messaging across the organization.
  • Advise senior leaders on internal communications for firmwide announcements and partner closely with Human Resources to support the firm's employee engagement, talent acquisition and philanthropic objectives.
  • Own and oversee content strategy, governance, and editorial standards for the new corporate intranet.
  • Drive increased engagement and usability across internal channels through modern content, design, and digital best practices.
  • Support communications around sensitive issues and reputational matters in close coordination with internal partners.
  • Manage measurement and analysis of the firm's internal communications activities.
  • Provide support to broader corporate initiatives as part of high performing integrated communications and marketing function.
