Job Summary:
The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for the execution and operational leadership of marketing and communications initiatives across PHP Agency. Working under the direction of the Director of Marketing, this role ensures that all marketing strategies are effectively translated into execution, managing timelines, deliverables, and team output across all channels.
This individual will lead a team of graphic designers, videographers/editors, and social media specialists, ensuring all creative assets and campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and aligned with company priorities. The ideal candidate is a strong operator, communicator, and team leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces a "serve the agent" mentality.

Marketing Execution & Alignment
• Execute marketing strategies and initiatives as defined by the Director of Marketing
• Translate high-level strategy into clear action plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Ensure alignment across all marketing efforts with company goals and brand standards
• Maintain accountability for execution quality, speed, and consistency
Team Leadership & Project Management
• Directly manage and lead:
• Graphic Designers
• Videographers / Video Editors
• Social Media Specialists
• Assign priorities, manage workloads, and ensure deadlines are met
• Provide day-to-day guidance, feedback, and support to the creative team
• Ensure all deliverables meet PHP brand standards and quality expectations
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Content & Social Media Management
• Oversee planning and execution of content across all approved platforms:
• Facebook
• Instagram
• YouTube
• LinkedIn
• X (Twitter)
• Ensure consistent messaging, tone, and brand representation
• Manage company presence across corporate platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Crunchbase, and Wikipedia
Video & Creative Production Oversight
• Partner with videographers/editors to:
• Execute a structured content calendar
• Ensure timely filming, editing, and delivery of video assets
• Review and approve creative assets across video, graphics, and digital media
• Ensure all creative output aligns with campaign objectives and brand standards
Campaign Execution & Communications
• Oversee execution of marketing communication channels including:
• Email campaigns
• Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with approved strategy
• Support initiatives focused on agent engagement, recruiting, and retention
Events & Field Support
• Partner with event and field teams to support:
• National conventions
• Regional meetings
• Leadership events
• Oversee execution of event branding including:
• Signage
• Printed materials
• Digital and social assets
• Ensure consistency in branding across all field-facing materials
• Deliver strong support with a "serve the agent" mindset
Analytics & Reporting
• Track performance of marketing initiatives using available tools and data
• Compile and deliver monthly performance reports to the Director of Marketing
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve execution and effectiveness
Your experience and skills:
  • 3-5 years of Marketing Communications (MARCOMM) experience
    • Experience in a corporate or headquarters environment preferred
    • Experience managing creative teams and marketing projects
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
    • Equivalent work experience considered
