Job description

We are hiring! Partners Personnel has been recognized for our rapid growth and service excellence. We specialize in high-volume recruiting across light industrial, manufacturing, logistics, and regulated environments.

We are seeking a Recruiting Specialist with MSP/VMS experience to support a high-volume, light industrial recruiting environment within the healthcare manufacturing and diagnostics industry for our Minnetonka, MN team. Schedule Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm. *Must be flexible to work outside working hours as the orders demand. This is an Onsite position, it is Not remote.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume, light industrial environment, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement
  • Manage the VMS platform to facilitate efficient requisition processing, candidate tracking, and vendor communication
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards such as Indeed and ZipRecruiter, resume mining, and outreach campaigns
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Skilled in leveraging social media management tools for lead generation and employer branding initiatives.
  • Launch and manage text, email, and social media campaigns to drive applicant traffic and improve response rates
  • Work within MSP/VMS platforms (Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY, etc.), review and prioritize job orders, submit candidates and track progress, maintain system accuracy and compliance
  • Support a high-volume hiring environment with urgency and precision
  • Partner with stakeholders to align on hiring needs and timelines
  • Ensure onboarding completion, background checks, drug screens, E-Verify, I-9 compliance
  • Maintain accurate documentation in ATS and VMS systems
  • Meet and exceed KPIs, time-to-fill, submittal-to-hire ratio, attendance and retention
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of staffing experience in a high-volume environment
  • MSP/VMS experience required, Fieldglass preferred
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting
  • Experience supporting light industrial, manufacturing, or logistics roles preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions at once in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with ATS systems and maintaining accurate candidate records like bullhorn is a plus
  • High attention to detail, ability to self-audit work for accuracy
  • Sense of urgency, accountability, and follow-through

  • Pay Range $55k-$70k per year contingent on experience.
  • Compensation is determined based on job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. This role may also be eligible for overtime (if non-exempt), bonuses, commissions, or other incentive pay, depending on the position.
