We're hiring Remote Customer Service Reps to handle phone-based support for top-tier clients. This role is ideal for people who want flexible hours, steady pay, and the ability to grow in a remote-first environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls
  • Offer prompt, accurate, and friendly solutions
  • Record data clearly into client systems
  • Provide follow-up as needed for customer satisfaction

Requirements What We're Looking For:
