To thrive as a Virtual Controller, you need strong accounting expertise, financial analysis skills, and a relevant degree or CPA certification. Proficiency with cloud-based accounting platforms like QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, or Xero is typically required, along with experience in financial reporting systems.
