Venteon Finance is currently seeking an OPERATIONS CONTROLLER for a global manufacturing client in Oakland County.
  • Coordination of all US Plants (Including Engineering)
  • Month end close process responsibility
  • Support and coordinate budget and forecast process
  • In charge of the standard costing process
  • Process standardization across the plants
  • Develop, create and strengthen internal controls
  • Identify areas for cost cutting and improvement
  • Drive initiates to improve operation performance
  • Continuous training and staff development
  • Support in all commercial topics (Sales and Purchasing) that relate to the Americas Region

Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent field of study.
  • Minimum five years of experience in Manufacturing
  • Experience interacting with and / or supporting the Plant level
  • ERP Systems experience, PLEX preferred
