  • Manage the cost control cycle throughout the project execution, by setting up projects\/mandates, tracking budgets and schedules, within the project management system;<\/span><\/span>

  • <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Calculate the initial budget on the basis of the proposal;<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Ensure tracking of hours, expenses, costs and budget updates;<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Monitor changes and coordination with the project team;<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Evaluate change requests, evaluate their impact on project objectives and communicate changes to stakeholders;<\/span><\/span>

  • Ensure and manage the project progress monitoring with discipline managers, including cost and schedule controls;<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Ensure follow\-up with project managers on regular updates of project forecasts, including periodic assistance in the estimation of remaining project costs, as well as necessary provisions and risks;<\/span><\/span>

  • Records and resolves issues relating to project budgets and schedules;<\/span><\/span>
