Job Description
Talent Groups is seeking a User Experience Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and quality of customer facing web experiences across the entire digital customer journey. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands on design leader who can translate business objectives and user needs into intuitive, scalable, and high performing digital experiences.

This role is ideal for a leader who balances strong UX and UI expertise with business acumen. The successful candidate will focus on execution, team development, and operational excellence while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and Marketing teams. This is not a visionary only role. We are seeking a leader who can drive strategy through execution, mentor designers, and deliver measurable business results while enhancing the customer experience.

The User Experience Manager will directly manage and mentor two Web Designers and play a key role in shaping web experiences across acquisition, booking, account management, and post purchase customer journeys

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two Web Designers
  • Manage design priorities, resources, and workload across multiple initiatives
  • Drive the design of customer facing web experiences across the full customer journey
  • Ensure designs are user focused, accessible, scalable, and aligned with business and brand goals
  • Oversee user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs
  • Drive adoption and governance of enterprise design systems and standards
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and Marketing teams to deliver effective digital experiences
  • Incorporate customer insights, testing results, and technical requirements into design decisions
  • Maintain design quality, accessibility, and consistency across platforms
  • Champion AI enabled design tools, process improvements, and UX best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor''s degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, Digital Media, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in UX, UI, digital product design, or related disciplines
  • 3+ years of experience leading and developing design teams
  • Experience designing enterprise web platforms and customer facing digital experiences
  • Experience working in Agile product development environments
  • Experience with design systems and component based design approaches
  • Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
  • Experience partnering closely with Product and Engineering teams
  • Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality, travel, gaming, ecommerce, or other consumer focused industries
  • Experience supporting multi brand organizations
  • Certifications in UX, UI, accessibility, human centered design, or digital product design
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve design workflows and productivity
