What is a user experience manager?

A user experience manager oversees the UX design team, consulting with designers, developers, software engineers, and the marketing department. In this career, you develop product goals, staff a project team, and oversee the implementation of a project. You work with testers and the quality assurance department as well as create tests for your products. This tests determine how users or customers feel about the designs and, with feedback, you work to tweak them accordingly.
