What is a Union Scrum Master?

Union Scrum Masters are professionals who facilitate Agile practices and Scrum processes within unionized workplaces. They help teams collaborate effectively, remove obstacles, and ensure projects adhere to Agile principles while respecting union agreements and labor rights.
