Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Guides and coaches teams on modern delivery practices, product centric operating model concepts and principles & provides developmental feedback to team members using a servant leadership style and leading by example. Support the Product Managers and teams in backlog refinement and release planning, and identifying tangible and measurable business outcomes across multiple teams. Fosters an environment of mutual respect and cooperation, transparency, and autonomy across teams. facilitates continuous improvement process and creates the right environment. Monitor and report on teams' progress and metrics; Establishes key metrics that impact value driven delivery and indicate potential problems. Facilitate the creation and maintenance of definition of done to ensure organizational standards are met for the solution (Documentation, Compliance, Architectural and Governance constraints). Guides team rules and norms and protects the teams from outside interference; removes impediments for the team or finds the right personnel to remove impediments. Coordinates with functional leaders to address cross-team dependencies, ensuring smooth execution across teams. Facilitates risk and dependency management across teams and products. Escalates issues with cross-functional impacts through structured channels and program governance. Supports portfolio-level prioritization by surfacing delivery risks and cross-team blockers. Facilitate team collaboration events, as necessary including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
