To thrive as a Clinical Trials Training Institute (CTTI) professional, you need a solid background in clinical research, regulatory guidelines, and project management, often supported by a degree in life sciences or related fields. Familiarity with clinical trial management systems (CTMS), electronic data capture (EDC), and certifications such as GCP (Good Clinical Practice) are commonly required. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills help you effectively coordinate studies and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. These competencies are vital for ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining data integrity, and delivering successful clinical trial outcomes.

What are CTTIs?

CTTI stands for Clinical Trials Transformation Initiative. CTTI professionals work to improve the quality and efficiency of clinical trials by developing and promoting best practices, tools, and resources. CTTI professionals often encounter challenges related to ensuring regulatory compliance, managing large volumes of clinical trial data, and fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. Navigating evolving transparency regulations and maintaining data integrity can be demanding. To address these challenges, staying updated on industry guidelines, leveraging robust data management tools, and promoting open communication with regulatory, clinical, and data teams are essential. Proactive problem-solving and continuous professional development also help CTTI professionals excel in this dynamic field.

Is CTTI a government organization?

Sr. Applications Support Engineer |Cardone Training Technologies, Inc. (CTTI) — part of Cardone Enterprises

Reports to: Chief Information Officer, CTTI

About CTTI and the Cardone ecosystem

Cardone Training Technologies is part of Cardone Enterprises, a group generating more than $750M in annual revenue across real estate, business education, consulting, health, and financial services. Cardone Capital manages $5.3B+ in assets under management. The Cardone brand reaches over 20 million followers worldwide and is built on the 10X Movement founded by Grant Cardone. CTTI runs the sales, marketing, and business education arm at global scale.

You will be based at 10X HQ in Aventura, Florida — the headquarters of the organization. Joining CTTI means stepping inside one of the most recognized names in business performance.

The role: You own the daily health of the SaaS stack that runs CTTI. You keep 300+ people productive, their identities secure, and their Macs compliant. When something breaks, you fix it. When something slows the business down, you automate it. When leadership needs numbers, you deliver them.

This is hands-on engineering work with real authority. You report directly to the Chief Information Officer.

On-site in Aventura, full time: This role is on-site at 10X HQ in Aventura, Monday through Friday. We work in person because that is how our team collaborates, moves quickly, and supports the people who depend on these systems. Not hybrid. Not remote.

  • Build automations with Zapier, Make, Google Apps Script, or native APIs

  • Standardize onboarding and offboarding so nothing slips through

Reporting and visibility
  • Build dashboards and SaaS usage audits leadership can act on

  • Turn ticket metrics, platform analytics, and SaaS spend data into real decisions

Enablement
  • Write clear documentation and short video walkthroughs

  • Run onboarding sessions and quick training for new hires and departments

Vendor and strategy
  • Hold vendors accountable — escalations, roadmap asks, renewals

  • Support the CIO on quarterly reviews, compliance work, and contract evaluations

  • Google Workspace Enterprise administration

  • Zoom Enterprise administration

  • Zendesk administration

Working experience with
  • Okta — SSO, policies, provisioning

Plus
  • 5+ years administering business SaaS at scale

  • Identity and access fluency — SSO, SAML / OIDC, MFA, provisioning and deprovisioning

  • Clear written and verbal communication

  • Ability to work on-site in Aventura, Monday through Friday

What gives you an edge
  • Bilingual English / Spanish

  • Scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell

  • Zapier, Make, or Google Apps Script running in production

  • Familiarity with PCI, HIPAA, or Zero Trust principles

  • NetSuite, HubSpot, Aloware, or JotForm administration experience

Why join the Cardone ecosystem
  • Work inside a company generating $750M+ in annual revenue across multiple businesses

  • Cardone Capital manages $5.3B+ in assets — you are supporting real scale
