With a stable customer base, dedicated leadership team, and a proven business model, we are on track to double our revenue within the next two years by addressing a significant market gap: helping mid-sized financial institutions automate user access reporting & provisioning, strengthen compliance, and replace outdated manual processes.

Provision IAM delivers a simple, scalable, and cost-effective IAM platform tailored to financial institutions, ensuring seamless audit readiness and eliminating spreadsheet-driven workflows. • Position Provision IAM as a critical cybersecurity and compliance platform-highlighting ease of use, automation benefits, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, leadership) to align strategies and maximize conversion.
  • Utilize Salesforce, Apollo, and other sales tools to track activity, manage forecasting, and measure performance.

Success will be based on clear, collaboratively developed goals across your first 12 months, including pipeline creation, demo activity, revenue targets, and contribution to organizational growth.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $80,000 - $100,000
  • On-Target Earnings: $160,000 - $200,000+ with uncapped commissions
