Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Scrum Master - Infrastructure and Platform Engineer in Plano, TX.
Summary:
The client is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support a highly technical engineering organization responsible for building and maintaining foundational platform services used across the enterprise. This team provides the core infrastructure, authentication services, and shared APIs that enable application development teams to deliver member-facing solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Scrum Master who enjoys partnering with engineering teams focused on platform modernization, infrastructure, and technical innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies and Scrum processes for a highly technical engineering team
* Partner with senior engineers, architects, and technical leaders to drive Agile delivery
* Support planning, backlog management, sprint execution, and continuous improvement efforts
* Remove impediments and help maintain team productivity
* Foster collaboration across infrastructure, platform engineering, and application development teams
* Assist with roadmap planning and delivery tracking
* Support modernization initiatives and cross-functional engineering efforts
REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience as a Scrum Master supporting highly technical engineering teams
* Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum practices, and software delivery methodologies
* Ability to facilitate discussions with engineers and technical leaders
* Experience working within complex technology organizations and enterprise environments
* Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
